2026 Field Crew

Oak Hill Farm is seeking crew members for our small-scale, diverse farm. We produce a wide variety of row crops and perennials in the Sonoma Valley. Our mission is to produce the highest quality food for our community while providing a meaningful and respectful work environment that supports the health of our soil and ecology.

We currently have field crew positions available for the 2026 growing season.  We seek passionate individuals who possess a strong work ethic, work well with others, and are able to shift between the many tasks required in small scale farming- such as planting, weeding, harvest and processing for our many outlets.  Applicants must have experience with hard physical labor.  We diversify tasks throughout the workday and use appropriate labor-saving equipment, but the work is very hard and the natural elements can be challenging. The right candidate must have physical strength, stamina, and a tolerance for a wide range of weather conditions.

Full time or part time work is available, and starting wages range from $18-$22 per hour, depending upon experience. Benefits include:  free produce, access to wholesale prices for pantry items, hiking trails, and more.  Housing may be available to the right candidate.
